The Dripclub may change its Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this page. You should check here regularly to ensure that you are up to date with our terms and conditions. This page is currently under review, and any policies or terms and conditions not mentioned here are subject to review by management.
The Dripclub’s privacy policy establishes how it uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website. The Dripclub is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should the Dripclub ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Health Supervision
Dripclub (company), Dripclub Doctors/Prescribers, or staff, are NOT responsible for the supervision of your overall health. If you have persistent symptoms, please visit your own GP for further investigation.
Essential Electronic communications with Dripclub
Dripclub uses email to communicate all essential information regarding your appointments. This will be for confirming you bookings, send payment information, booking reminders, pre and post care instructions and receipts. You will need to have a valid email for Dripclub to send all communications regarding services and products. Each Guest will need to have a valid individual email address. Sharing of email accounts is not applicable as each account must have a unique email. If you do not have a valid email for communications, you will not have access to all required information for your chosen service.
The same applies to mobile phone numbers. Each Guest must have a unique mobile number.
Booking your appointment
Dripclub will charge a booking fee (of $50 or above) to secure your appointment. This will be forfeited for a not show or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment without notification.
Appointments with Dripclub must be made in the name of the guest attending. If an appointment is made under the name of a Guest that is not attending (and the appointment will need to be changed to the Guest attending), and a booking fee is paid, this booking fee will be forfeited. No refund will be provided.
Cancellations
Treatments and services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics. We require at minimum of 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your booking fee or apply a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.
If you do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a “no show fee”. We will retain the full amount of your booking fee (if a booking fee was collected) or the full treatment cost of your appointment.
Refunds
Dripclub always aims to provide exeptional service with exceptional results. We also know that due to the nature of our treatments results vary from person to person and cannot be guranteed. We always put the wellbeing our guests first as part of our core values.
Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied guest so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded.
We don’t refund for change of mind, however, we may use our discretion if we believe the treatments purchased by you, cannot be provided to you (eg, your skin type might be deemed as unsuitable for the treatment you purchased). Clinic credit may be provided in this circumstance.
Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients, ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.
Any request for refund must be made in writing and issued to: bestlife@thedripclub.com.au for our consideration. The Dripclub may decide, upon review of your written request, whether a refund is required.
You will be required to have an in-clinic assessment by one of our Health Professionals before receiving a refund.
In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. Attending your follow up appointments (post-treatment) is a key part of the treatment process. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.
Treatments purchased online by you through Zenoti continue to be regulated by the Dripclub’s terms and conditions; privacy policy; cancellation and refund policy.
Pre paid treatments and packages
If you pre-pay for treatments/packages, you will save the amount according to the pre-paid schedule. All pre-paid treatments/packages have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase*. ( excluding special offers in which the expiration of the package has been disclosed)
At our discretion, suspending or refunding a pre-paid treatment or package may be available. An assessment of your particular situation will occur and Management reserves the right to decline the request. For certain medical conditions, a suspension or refund may be applicable. Supporting documentation may be requested in order for us to consider your request. Any discounts applied as part of a package will be reversed and full pricing will apply to treatments redeemed as part of the package prior to refund.
The maximum time a pre-paid treatment or package may be suspended for is 12 months.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers may be transferable across locations**(not all locations). Please check with your location before arrival.
Gift Vouchers purchased at special or discounted rates will have shorter expiry dates. Please ensure you understand this timeframe at the time of purchase.

Children in Clinic
Children are welcome in our Dripclub clinics, if it is safe to do so. This will be determined by the treatment you are receiving and the age and needs of your child. As some our treatments are medical and/or will render you unable to adequately supervise your child, the treating Professional will make a determination if it is safe for you to bring your child along on the day. If you have your child with you, and it becomes unsafe or the Professional is not able to perform the treatment due to you needing to look after your child, the Professional will request that the treatment be rebooked at another time when you can have your child taken care of outside the clinic. If a rescheduling is necessary without any treatment performed a fee will apply. This fee will start at $59, however may be the full cost of your treatment. If part of a treatment is performed to be completed at a future date the full amount of the complete treatment is payable on the day.
Refer A Friend
Vouchers must be used within 365 days of issue. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
